Dear father of Keith and Peggy Darling, Leigh Ann Darling, and Carolyn Darling. Dear grandfather of Evelyn. Beloved son of Connie Darling and the late Harvey Darling. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Bill and Barb Darling, and Doug and Theresa Darling. Sadly missed by the Westelaken family.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Sunday afternoon 2-4 PM, where the complete funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th at 1:30 PM. Cremation has taken place. Cremation with interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery, London.

Keith, thank you for making your Dad an important part of our family. I will never forget our summer camping trips together, Brandon can still tie a fantastic knot thanks to Rob. Our family reunions were so much fun with Rob helping create the games. I will treasure the Christmas’s, Easter’s, & Thanksgiving’s we had the past few years with him. He had such a great wit and the funniest stories. I am still laughing about the construction rake story this past Thanksgiving!
I’m going follow in my son’s wise footsteps and pray for your family. Rob is in Heaven now pain free and with his true love but it is so hard for the family left behind so I will pray for beautiful memories to soften the pain.
