Peacefully at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, on Thursday, April 28th, 2022, Beverley Arline (Bayley) of Exeter in her 93rd year. Beloved wife for 74 years of Arthur Cunningham. She is back together in heaven with her much loved daughter Barb Hodgins (2005). Dear mother of David (Chris) of Tavistock, and Don (Ruth Ann) of Lucan. Dear Grandma of Jennifer (Scott) Gignac, Megan (John) Scruton; Nicholas (Valentina), Luke (Morgan) and Joshua; Jason (Jocelyn), Adam (Katherine), and Ashley. Also loving Great Grandma (G.G.) to Lauren, Logan; Laurissa (Adam) Glover, Sarah; Auviahna, Levi; Leeanna, Emmery and Irelynn. Great Great Grandma to Sophia. Also survived by son-in-law Ward Hodgins (Jo-Anne) of Clinton and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Elva and Alvin Bayley, brother Carl Bayley, sister Marilyn Oliver and her husband Murray, sister-in-law Verna Manson and her husband Jack, brother-in-law James Cunningham and his wife Hazel, and brother-in law Harvey Cunningham.
Bev’s family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the nursing staff at South Huron Hospital and the staff at Exeter Villa for the excellent care Bev has received.
In keeping with Bev’s wishes cremation has taken place. Private family graveside service with Pastor Doug Watson officiating. Interment St. James Cemetery, Clandeboye. Haskett Funeral Home, LUCAN entrusted with arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Effect Hope or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

Your mom made up some beautiful wall decorations for our daughter, and we had never even met her. I was so touched by that, and in fact, I have kept them still, all these years later, safely tucked away in a box. I know you are going to miss your wife and mom. Every day there will be something to remind you of her. And as the years go on, those same memories will keep bringing a smile to your face. My own Mother passed away a few weeks shy of her 93rd birthday, and we were all blessed to have them in our lives for so long.
