Gary was a mentor to me starting in the 80s when we were selling Kenworth’s together. He was always helpful and respectful to me as I was the rookie being 10 years younger. The entire trucking industry will miss Gary and never forget his accomplishments. He was a truck walk around champion. My thoughts are with you Andrew.

Dear Andrew, Abby, Max and Luke,
We are so sad to hear of Gary’s passing. He will be greatly missed by so many. Who would have thought way back in the 1990’s that we would meet such a wonderful couple who shared our love of the London Knights. Over the years we formed a great friendship that was treasured more than they knew. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

So sorry to hear about your dad Andrew. Gary taught everyone so much. The first of many things I learned – I was working in parts at 3:00 am your dad came in because a customer needed a truck so Gary came in to bring it to him. The customer always came first. Thx Gary and RIP.

Your dad was a fun guy to be around. For many years Gary and Janice were a big part of our London Knights hockey family. Cheering and jeering along with the rest of us whether at home games or away games. They are together again ready to cheer on the next season. We speak of them often and miss both very much.

Then in the early nineties the pleasure of purchasing a truck from him at the kenworth dealership.Bumping into him over the years was always a memorable event,he will be missed.
Sorry Lori and family for your loss
Gary and I started the Peterbilt dealership in 1981, the year you were born, Andrew. We did this in the middle of the worst recession since the depression. Gary’s positive attitude, his ability to inspire that positive attitude in everybody he met, his passion for the industry, and his undeniable sales ability were the reason that business survived the recession and became successful. Gary will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in this time. Barb & Vic Watson

I had the privilege of working with your father at Mack Trucks, where he was a mechanic in the late 1970’s.
He left Mack to start a Peterbilt dealership and then moved to Kenworth where I had dealings with Gary at all
his places of employment. He was a gentlemen and a gentle giant to deal with. He will be forever missed.

So sorry to hear of Gary’s passing. Marlene (Butler) and myself had a lovely visit reminiscing and giving the Crudge family a tour of the museum just over a year ago. They were very supportive of our museum and the work we are doing to keep Lucan/Biddulph history alive. Please know our prayers and thoughts are with your family.
