CHAPMAN: Tony of London
Posted By Haskett Funeral Homes On May 25, 2021 @ 5:23 PM In Exeter,Obituary | 11 Comments
Peacefully at LHSC – University Hospital on Monday, May 24, 2021, at the age of 77. Dear father of Michelle Townsend and father-in-law of Daniel Wieland. Proud grandfather (Bubba) of Samuel, and Aubrey Townsend. Cherished brother of Marian, and Terence both of England. Tony will be missed by his nieces and nephew, Tracy, Mark, and Katie. Predeceased by his parents Samuel and Gladys Chapman.
Tony’s sense of humour will be missed by his friends and family. If he wasn’t out having a pint sharing a laugh, he could be found at home watching a football match happening back home in England.
A private family funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 27th at 2 PM. Though the funeral service is private, the family invites you to join with them from the comfort of your own home. Stream the service live or at your convenience by visiting www.facebook.com/haskettfh. Keeping with Tony’s wishes, cremation will take place and Tony will return home to England to be reunited with his family.
Donations to a charity that is meaningful to you would be appreciated by the family.
Our hearts and prayers go out to you all. May you sense God near you during this time.
Michelle and Ted
