CHAMBERS: John Clark of Seaforth

January 24, 2021 By Haskett Funeral Homes 52 Condolences

CHAMBERS: John Clark of Seaforth

January 18, 1962 – January 24, 2021

At Seaforth Community Hospital on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at the age of 59. Beloved husband, best friend, and soulmate of Kimberly (White) Chambers. Wonderful father of Kristi (Tom) Sebben, Audrey, John (Becky), Brayden, and Harley. Proud grandfather of Quinntin, Tristan, Serenity and Thomas. Survived by his sister Judy (Hank) Sommers. He will be greatly missed by his mother–in-law Pat White. Dear brother-in-law of Valerie Chambers, Richard Osborne, Laura White (Chris), and Mike White. John will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews and his best friend Norman Rutter (Sue). Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Audrey (Webb) Chambers, his sisters Louise McInnes, Marjorie Osborne, his brother Tom Chambers, his brother-in-law Jack McInnes, and father-in-law Lawrance White.

John enjoyed being a jack of all trades, master of none. For over 30 years he worked alongside his brother Tom. John loved tearing and repairing almost anything. Helping many people with kitchen rebuilds, electrical, plumbing and planning. He helped to build 7 houses and 4 different kitchens. John enjoyed fishing, hockey, soccer, golfing and his 17 years of camping. He enjoyed all of his many jobs, but adored working on the Rec Committee at Family Paradise which was his family’s second home and their paradise. John took great pride in his family home, their gardens, bird watching, playing with his animals and teaching his children everything he knew.

John will be remembered for his willingness to help others without ever expecting anything in return.

A private family funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 28th at 11 AM with Pastor Laurie Morris officiating. Though the service is private, the family invites you to join with them from the comfort of your home. Stream the service live or at your convenience by visiting www.facebook.com/haskettfh.

Donations to an educational trust fund for John’s children would be appreciated by the family (cheques made payable to Kimberly Chambers).
