Peacefully at the Seaforth Community Hospital on Monday, May 17, 2021 at the age of 68. Loving spouse of Danielle Laplante. Dear father of Tracy Chambers (James), Trevor Cook (Jen), Nicole Chambers, and Lori Chambers (Kendall). Dear grandfather of 7. Dear brother of Christina Feeney. Predeceased by his parents Elgin and Mary Chambers, and his sister Ruth.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at the Seaforth Legion at a later date. Haskett Funeral Home, SEAFORTH entrusted with arrangements.
Donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
