    Phyllis & family,

Allan and I would like to extend our deepest heartfelt sympathy to you at this most difficult time.

I had such a wonderful conversation with Carl last summer at Barb’s birthday party; I’m ashamed to say I promised him I would come for a visit and never quite made it. It seems we always think we have more time, always a tomorrow.

Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers; he was a good man who was unabashedly proud of his family.

    Take care.
