Peacefully at Chartwell Parkhill Long Term Care with family by his side on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of June (Webber) for 68 years. Loving father of Debbie Glavin and father-in-law of Jack Glavin. Dear grandfather of Tina (Glavin) Van Bakel, Matt and Komal (Bhandari) Glavin and Ben Glavin and his friend Christine Devereaux. Dear great-grandfather of Sam, Rachel and Jaclyn Van Bakel, and Dhiya and Simiya Glavin. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Mary Cronyn, Shirley Campbell, and Marilyn Campbell. Predeceased by a daughter Tina Marie (1964 Stillborn), son Kenneth “Barry” (1977), dear friend “Jim” Moffatt (1977), his parents Earl (1983) and Maggie (1985), brothers Roy (1968), Harold (1973), Robert (1973), Lloyd (1979), Gerald (1980), Joe (1993), sister Doreen Smith (2000), and brother Homer (2002). Special thank you to Dr. Andrew Whynot and the staff at the Exeter Villa and Chartwell Parkhill for their care and compassion over the years.
A private family service will be held at the Haskett Funeral Home, EXETER. Interment Exeter Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
