Bryan and I would like to give you our condolences on the passing of Jean. I watched the funeral today & would reiterate the kind words that everyone said about Jean. She was a wonderful wife, mother & friend. I always enjoyed my talks with her when she worked with you at Black’s. When your son read Jean’s testimony at the funeral, I was actually at that meeting at Grace Community Church and heard her speaking those words. Our prayers are with you and your family in the days ahead.

Dear Peter and Family:
Please accept our profound condolences to you all at this trying time.
We are all so saddened by the passing of Jean, she really was a bright light for our families. I know my Mom and Dad treasured her energy, strength and good company. Please know we are all so grateful for everything she and all of your family has done for us, the community and the world as a whole.
In the summer months I spoke with my Dad about Jean often. He was so concerned for her health and now, looking back, I think maybe he was bracing himself for her passing. Funny how things work out…works in mysterious ways.
I will particularly miss her enthusiastic laughter, warm smile and admirable strength.
We all wish you love and warmth,
Ron, Connie and Max
On behalf of our family thank you for your kind words and support of our family with the passing of my mom. David
We are “sorrowful, yet always rejoicing” (2 Corinthians 6:10) because, remember, death can’t ruin Christmas when Christmas has already ruined death. The advent season is a time to reflect on the first coming of our Lord, but it’s also a time to look forward to the second coming when He will make all things new (Revelation 21:5).
So sorry to hear Jean has passed
Our deepest sympathy

Healing blessings,
Marla Wedel (Friesen)
