At Elgin Manor, St.Thomas on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 formerly of London, in her 81st year. Dear mother of Lynda Stephenson of Unionville, Bill and Anneke Salmon, Bob and Carol Salmon, Brock and Cindy Salmon, and Debbie Salmon all of London. Also survived by 11 grandchildren. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Earl and Joyce Johns of Nepean. Predeceased by her parents Alex and Ida Johns.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Friday evening 7-9PM and Sunday afternoon 2-4 PM where the funeral service will be held on Monday, November 7th at 11AM with The Rev’d Andreas Thiel officiating. Interment Exeter Cemetery.

Your mother was always so kind to me, she was a real gem. I will never forget her.
My deepest sympathies go out to you and your loved ones.

My thoughts go back to early days in Lucan when our families went on camping trips together. Although we were not related I always referred to Betty’s parents as Aunt Ida and Uncle Alex.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
