It is with great sorrow the family announces the passing of Albena Bedard peacefully at South Huron Hospital, Exeter on January 30th, 2018 of St. Joseph (RR 2 Zurich) in her 88th year. Dearly loved of sister of Deloris Bedard and aunt of Linda Bedard both of RR 2 Zurich. Predeceased by her parents Emily (Chretien) (1979) and Theophile Bedard (1974), brothers Raymond, Roger,and Rosaire and sister Marie in infancy. Albena will be missed by those that knew her for her kindness, determination, and her generosity.
Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, 73334 Bluewater Highway, Zurich (St. Joseph) on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 11 a.m. with visitation 1 hour prior. The Rev Father Matthew George celebrant. Cremation has taken place with interment of cremated remains at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. The family wishes to thank the St. Elizabeth Health Care and the nurses and doctors at the South Huron Hospital for their kind and compassionate care.
We are always willing to go where called upon but this image shows a visual of the communities that our included in our initial transportation fee. We offer a 40km radius from any of our 5 locations (Arva (London), Exeter, Lucan, Seaforth, and Zurich). Any mileage beyond the included 40km will be charged a rate of $2.50/km (one way travel only).
