    Sterling, Donna, Ivy and Dexter;

You folks and your loving mother were such a big part of my formative years. Your Mom always had an open door and some years I spent nearly as much time at your house as at mine.

Such wonderful, loving, fond memories your mother brings,

All the very best to you all.

    Bruce, Deanie and Susan

Audrey was a beautiful human being. I am sad that I didn’t know her longer. I keep thinking about how many people would exist if it wasn’t for her. Audrey and her husband, Donald, created an amazing family full of life and love. Stearling has been with my mother now for 4 years and we have been living together for 3. He is one of the most kind and beautiful people I know. I also keep thinking about how happy she must be in heaven with God, her parents and her siblings. She truely is an inspiration to me and one day when I’m older, I would like to create such a beautiful and loving family like she did.

I didn’t remember that Uncle Don had been sent back home for his burial and I’m sure he will be there to welcome your mom home in heaven.
You will be in our prayers over these next few days. Take care and I will be thinking of you over at this trying time.
Love Eloise, Bruce.our son Bruce Jr. and daughter Jennifer and their sons.

My gramy is where she belongs now. She wasn’t afraid of dying because she knew what and who was waiting for her on the other side. But we here on earth will miss her very much. It was sudden and unexpected. But she is no longer suffering anymore. Gram we will miss you and we will always love you. Say hi to everyone up above for us. And someday we will be together again.

Thank you to all the people who have supported us through our great loss. And coming to the visitation in Lucan today.

Sorry to hear of your loss. I can’t imagine the closure that losing both parents brings to one’s life. I also would guess that maybe the reason Donna and Sterling had been on my mind was that this death would soon happen. Unfortunately we were away this past weekend and I did not find out about your mother’s death until 500 P.M. on Sunday.. Based upon information passed on to us, Marion and I , Eloise and her husband Bruce [my oldest sister] went to Haskett’s Funeral Home for visitation on Sunday night that we thought was from 7:00 to 9:00. I trust that your reflections of your parents during this time is precious. We drove by the houses that you lived in as a family while we were in Lucan tonight. Thinking of you all. Dear Donna, Stearling, Dexter & Ivy and all your families,
John & I would like to express our condolences to all of you, we are so sorry to hear about your Mom..She has been a dear friend to me ever since you kids were little, and more so since my Mom died 19 yrs ago now.. I would talk to your Mom at least once a week on the phone and when she was in Lucan I would pop in the odd time to see her also ..she was always so upbeat and always laughing about things her grandchlldren were doing ..she loved to keep up with my family too.. We were over to Petrolia a couple of weeks ago to see her and I am so glad we were able to have a chat together even tho’ she wasn’t feeling all that great..
I will miss her but she is in a better place with no more suffering.
Take care of yourselves and each other, keep your family together as that is what your Mom would want..
Our prayers are with you at this time and the rest of the week ..

    Blessings !

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Sister Audrey. Family as. I know She loved the Lord so much and wanted to see all of her family in Heaven some day, As her former pastor I would encourage each of you to make your peace with the Lord. No Greater memorial could be shown than that!!! I remember Sister Audrey as a very spiritual, praying Mother. On a lighter note- She made the best blueberry pie of anyone I know! God bless you all
and I’ll miss her as I miss you all. In Christ, Rev John Sexton

    DEAR DONNA
I WAS VERY SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT THE PASSING OF YOUR MOTHER AND TO KNOW THAT SHE WAS IN PAIN FROM HER FALL FOR SEVERAL DAYS MAKES ME FEEL VERY SAD AS NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS SORT OF ORDEAL.
I SEE THAT YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE HER HOME SO THAT SHE CAN BE WITH HER FAMILY AND I KNOW THAT SHE WILL BE VERY HAPPY FOR THAT AND I KNOW THAT GRAMMY AND YOUR DAD ALONG WITH THE REST OF HER FAMILY WILL BE WAITING THERE TO GREET HER AND LEAD HER INTO A BETTER PLACE WHERE SHE WILL NO LONGER HAVE ANY PAIN.
I’M NOT VERY GOOD AT SHOWING MY EMOTIONS AT A TIME LIKE THIS BUT I AM VERY SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS AND I PRAY THAT YOU CAN GET PAST THIS ORDEAL VERY SOON.
IF YOU NEED SOME ONE TO TALK TOO FEEL FREE TO GIVE ME A CALL.
    LOVE
    JEFF
