Passed away at LHSC – University Hospital on Sunday, November 6, 2022 of London, formerly of Ilderton and Thorndale at the age of 70. Cherished mother of Sarah and Adam Affleck, Adam Hudson, Ryan and Melissa Hudson. Proud grandma of Braydon, Jesse, and Liam; Avery, and Lucas. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Elizabeth and Richard Martin, Leanore Paisley, and Lynn Paisley. Loving aunt of Kerri Gaffney, Ted Martin, and Jeff Paisley. Fondly remembered by the Hudson families. Predeceased by her parents Arnold and Annie (Brown) Paisley and brothers Robert, and James.
Visitation will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, LUCAN on Thursday from 6 – 8 PM. Registration is required and appreciated. To register, please click “Register Now” below.
Nancy’s funeral service will be held at Siloam United Church, 1240 Fanshawe Park Road East, London on Friday, November 11th at 1 PM with Rev. Sheila Macgregor officiating. Interment St. John’s Cemetery, Arva.

My sincerest condolences to the family at this time. I am very saddened by the news.
I have not been in contact with Nancy for many years, but we were very close friends throughout public school.
We even ended up being sent to the office in Grade 1 @ SS#29 , when we decided to ride our bikes around the track at lunch & the chain came off Nancy’s bikes making us late for class. Lots of Saturdays at our farm or her house in Ilderton. Saturday nights spent skating at the Ilderton Arena.
A lot of good memories to fall back on those Ilderton days growing up.

I remember playing 45 records over and over at her house (Herman’s Hermits and Beatles). On one occasion I slept over on King Street when both of us were extremely sunburnt after a day spent at Ipperwash Beach with Oxbow classmates. No sunscreen!!
