Peacefully, in the loving arms of his beloved wife and work-partner Wendy, on Friday, April 25, 2014 of Whalen Corners, in his 48th year. Beloved husband of Wendy (Heibein) Marks. Dear father of Tiffany Marks and Sarah Marks, both at home. Beloved son of Stan Marks of Brussels and son-in-law of Lloyd Heibein of Listowel. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Cathy Marks and Jim Smuck of Kitchener, Janet and Doug Mitchell of Walton, Jeff Heibein and Dawn Currie of Brussels, and Gary and Cheryl Souch of Brussels. Also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother Nancy Marks (2002) and his mother-in-law Violet Heibein (2010). Steven was a dedicated life-time employee of Turnay Electric.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, Exeter (1 street west of Main) on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM, where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th at 11 AM. Cremation with interment Brussels Cemetery, Brussels.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
