Passed away suddenly at South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Sunday, April 23, 2023 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Linda (Moore) Webber for 56 years. Cherished father of Cheryl and David Brissette of London, and Chris and Shelley Webber of Dashwood. Adored grandfather of Ashley, Ryan; Kaitlyn and Zachary. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Kathleen Weiburg of London, and June Campbell, and Ina Webber both of Exeter. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and the extended Webber and Moore families. Predeceased by his granddaughter Courtney and great-granddaughter Nevaeh, brother Charles Webber and brother-in-law’s Earl Weiburg, and Ken Campbell, and his parents Ivan and Mildred (Beaver) Webber.
A celebration of Eugene’s life will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 456 Main Street South, EXETER on Wednesday, May 3rd from 3 – 5 PM with words of remembrance at 4 PM.
Donations to R.E. Pooley, Branch 167 (Ladies Auxiliary) or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

The Webber & Parsons families were great neighbours for many years, living out on Hwy. 83 west, until Eugene & Linda moved to Exeter. As a young girl while living at home, I had the great privilege of babysitting Cheryl & Chris as little ones as my first job . . . such an amazing family. Eugene was a great guy with a big heart who touched so many lives with his friendship. Treasure the shared memories of stories of love & laughter Eugene has blessed each of you with, as these moments will bring a warm smile to your hearts. It is so obvious to see all the love shown by all the pictures you have chosen to be displayed online.
